We know your pets are family. That's why Niguel Summit Condominium Rentals is a pet-friendly community.

Niguel Summit participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.


Pet Fees:

Pet Deposit: $600 per pet

Dog Rent: $40/month per dog

Cat Rent: $25/month per cat
